What is Iron sand
Iron sand is also known as heavy sand, which is formed by crushing iron pellets after heat treatment. High hardness and sharp edges, the sharp edges formed after crushing make it have high-speed spray etching and scraping characteristics, especially for metal surface treatments requiring high etching and scraping, and also for outdoor sandblasting surfaces, processing engineering.
The iron sand has moderate hardness, toughness, impact resistance, repeated use several times, long life, good rebound, strong adhesion, fast cleaning speed, low sand consumption, no breakage, high brightness and good effect.

Particle size: 0-1 mm, 0.25-0.5 mm, 0.5-1 mm, 1-3 mm, 3-5 mm, 5-8 mm, 8-10mm, 80 mesh, 100 mesh, 200 mesh or as customers' request.

Usages of Iron powder
1) Chemical iron sand: Main used to titanium pigment and industry. (Fe 80-90%. Size 30-200mesh;)
2) Metal replacement iron sand: Main used to copper and other metal for melt. (Fe 70-90%, Size 60-200mesh;)
3) Filling iron sand: Specific gravity 2-4.5T/m3, Size 80-200mesh.
4) Water treatment iron sand: Fe 75-90%, Size 30-300mesh.
5) Magnetic iron sand: Fe 70-90%.
6) Produce heat iron sand: Used to Natures Purest, warmer pad.

1) For the tiny amount(less than 50kgs), we will use express(like TNT, FedEx), which is convenient.
2) For the small amount (from 50kgs to 1000kgs), we will deliver by air or by sea.
